Working closely with the Network Rail Southern Change Team and the Operational Teams at one of the largest Rail Operating Centres in the country, I created an identity and assets for an extensive programme that sought to improve process, systems and technology, people development and the physical layout of the control floor.

Through the brief I sought to deliver a clear identity that could be used across digital platforms and printed accessories that included presentations, newsletters and pull up posters as well as generating a series of assets that could visually represent workstreams and contribute to a coherent narrative around the reasons for delivery the changes.
