I always like to work with projects that show the roots of pre-hispanic traditions, to highlight and somehow narrate those almost forgotten, but still marvelous roots. Pre-hispanic culture it's still alive, so is their wonderful food, and what the Huitzilin Restaurant represents it's based on that, with their ingredients, philosophy, cosmovision, and delicious recipes they represent pre-hispanic Mexican food in every single detail of their branding.
Restaurant is based in Texcoco, place that once was the biggest cultural city of the world, I used phrases and poems from Nezahualcoyotl to honor even more the food, the roots and the brand meaning.
