Challenge : Pharmathek is looking for the new design of the case of the Sintesi robotized warehouse and of the automatic loader Pharmaload, installed inside the pharmacies and developed to facilitate the pharmacist and her/his collaborators in the daily management of the medicines and their data.
The idea behind trolley shape conveyor belt is not only for extendable space but also could provide more basket which operator could carry from the main ware house
We know that usually we mix different drugs in one basket because we cannot bring more , trolley make us bring more basket. in addition,we make a built in scanner which connected to the pharmacy box, so while you put the drugs in basket just scan therefore there is no more additional step except put it on the conveyor belt
The trolley has (+ ,-, OK button) it could adjust the speed of the belt and the scanning mechanisme
The basket also has a unique fixture, it provide a flexible separator so you could separate each drugs by size,brand, type and so on, not only that the tray also as sliding door below the surface, just put the tray on top of conveyor belt slide it and you free to go,this make you work faster and not do redundancy
