This was the first image, created about 12 months ago, for a friends birthday. She studied classics, so it only seemed apt to create something from ancient myth and legend. The toned paper and white pencils gave a great chance to employ some Chiaroscuro effects.
This was the follow up image, created about two weeks ago. I tried to keep a similar visual aesthetic, once again using brown paper and white pencils. The main difference between the two is that I had a nice scanner by the time I drew this one, so I was able to scan it in.
This time around Athena was subject to my scribbles.
