The cover is a letter C made out of tire tracks. Out of all of the possible designs I thought up, this was the best.
My mind map is fairly small, but it lead to man different ideas of where I could go with the idea of a car.
My thumbnails are a part of a large hodgepodge of ideas, some of them having nothing to do with cars whatsoever. I did this mainly to explore how many ways I could draw the letter C, then I narrowed down my choices, or altered certain concepts later on to better suit cars.
I used InDesign to make the spreads. Here is the layout.
I stitched the book together. It was the first time I've ever stitched paper, and it turned out much better than I expected it to.
This is the center of the book. These pages looked the best with the stitching.
