The services that are offered include: Personal Care - this includes personal hygiene, house cleaning, household chores and errands.

Palliative Care - this is for those who have no other option but to go into hospital or receive hospice care. Elderly people may need a number of treatments over a period of time. The care will involve a range of healthcare services and will often include support groups. For example, in Palliative Care you may be admitted to a residential facility, where you will stay on in a private room and be given personal care.

Day Services - these are usually provided for a set amount of time a day. Most of our services will take place in your own room. These services include meals, cleaning, bathing, toileting, walking the dog and getting dressed. These services are carried out by trained volunteers.

Respite Care - these are designed to give you a break from your daily routine for a few days. This could be to allow for a funeral or for a period when you need to take a break from everyday life. Your care worker will look after any household chores such as cooking and cleaning. These services will be planned by your care worker and are usually carried out in a home in the local area. Respite Care is designed to give you time to heal and recuperate.

Full Live-In Service - this means that your care worker will stay with you at all times of the day. This will mean that if you are unable to work, you can be sure that your care worker will stay with you at least until your care home service comes back the next day. Some services even offer day care for your children and/or other members of your family while you are away, if needed.
