Ichi Station
CONCEPT
Ichi Station is an experimental Italian-Japanese sushi restaurant run by Japanese starred chef Haruo Ichikawa.
The main concept of the brand is to take customers on a journey through the different dishes of the Japanese cuisine, revisited with Italian ingredients: handcrafted miniature masterpieces cared for in every detail for taste and aesthetics.
EXECUTION
The sushi is placed within a geometric design with isometric angles cut to show as many angles as possible of each piece. The white background enhances the special color and refinement of the sushi.
