The innovative lock nut design allows for compact lock nuts of varying sizes (M10, M8 and M6) within one purchase to allow for securing of not only the wheels, but the seat post, handlebars, brakes and other fitted accessories including lights and drink holders. All of the supplied lock nuts sizes have been designed to be secured using a single key, of which it is anticipated that there will be some 200 variants.
Each lock nut in a set would be mechanically marked with the same unique registration, made up of three numbers and four numbers. The registration lettering has been designed to be highly visible at short distances, in an attractive form that will appeal to cycle owners.
In addition to the serialised shrouded lock nut s, Roc Pro is developing very compact cycle immobilizers that can be retro fitted to the majority of bicycles in about 15minutes and when used with a quality looped braided cable, will provide formidable security for cycles. The immobilisers will lock both wheels so the cycle cannot be ridden off without the correct keys. And lastly a truly unique cycle lock............more soon.
