Graphic Design, Creative Layout, Public Relations Mock Up Media Kit

 

Directive: Choose an event, create a media kit that allows press to fully understand the company and its event, brand the company respectfully, and create an efficient layout for media kit. In this project, I used my photoshop, illustrator, and indesign knowledge and worked with CMYK colors.

 

The first step to creating this media kit was to decide on my colour scheme, then using this color scheme to create an original logo for the event.

 

To aid in the explaination aspect of the media kit, I then used the logo I created to create advertisements and examples of billboards, bus stop ads, and magazine spreads.

 

Lastly, using Illustrator and Indesign, I created a neat and orderly layout that encompasses the colour scheme as well as the visual aids I've created, to effectively convey the event to the public.
