When you don’t floss, bacteria from plaque can build up. This can lead to inflammation and discomfort. Failure to remove plaque from the teeth can lead to gum disease. Basically, the toothbrush can't get into those small spaces when food stuck between your teeth and the bacteria lingering there before it hardens into plaque. Water flossing can also reduce gum disease and bleeding.

A stylish water irrigator improves the user experience and the product semantics for first time user. The Ness, a rechargeable water irrigator, is an innovative product which improves the user experience in operating it. Moreover, the elegant electric flosser could be put freely on the table in the bathroom. Thanks to its ergonomic grip，user can easily use it on a comfortable way.

Inspiration

The Ness ergonomics grip is inspired by electric drill and petrol handle design. Handles should be positioned to provide the best balance while allowing for ease, accuracy and maximum control when in use. Thus, user will feel comfortable and yet provide support, control and balance for accurate flossing when it takes more than 5 mins. Another design element is handle texture. Texture on the grip portion of the handle provides the operator an anti-slip condition with or without water.

Details

Through innovative aerodynamic technology, air is mixed into water, and oxygen-containing air bubbles are continuously sprayed to clean and penetrate deep into the teeth and periodontal pockets to achieve aerobic flushing. While miniaturizing the volume, it can also maintain full power, so that everyone can enjoy the freshness of surfing between teeth anytime and anywhere. The water tank can be used for about 5 minutes when it is filled at a time, accurate to each tooth gap, ensuring that each tooth gap is flushed at least 10 times.

The ordinary water flushing device uses water pressure to wash away the residue between the teeth, but the water column flushing method has too much momentum, which may easily cause gum damage. The aerodynamic flushing device uses a high pressure pump valve assembly to mix the water flow into the air. Umbrella-like jets reduce the problems of gum damage, gingival emergence, and needle puncture that may be caused by the impact of pure water flow. The Ness air dynamic water flow technology can not only ensure cleanliness, but also greatly reduce the discomfort during the flushing process
