MS Tours Talent Acquisition

As part of Talent Acquisition efforts, I led an internal friend referral campaign. 

With a budget of $16,000 (including the prize money for the winner who referred the largest number of friends), the campaign managed to recruit over 70 new employees in a 3 week period using only internal digital platforms (display screens throughout the offices, mailers and the weekly newsletter). 

The challenge? To continuously motivate the employees to encourage more and more of their friends to apply for integral company roles in a limited time-frame (just two weeks!).   

The method? NON-STOP updates.
