2019. Construction and Remodeling Project of a private office with restroom, in partnership with the company USOS arquitetura @usosarquitetura. Architectural and Interior Design Execution Projects were designed, as well as the Structural, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Luminotechnical Projects.
The old office had only 1 (one) floor with wood structure and occupied the area that later became the meeting room and guest room. The restroom was totally remodeled and expanded, becoming a bathroom. The second floor was built with a metallic structure from the existing wood structure, with the creation of a fitting piece, especially for this project, that could join the two structures. The new office moved to the second floor with a library for the resident's personal books along with the addition of a file room, both with independent entrances.
