接到这个案子的时候，甲方爸爸说要做一款“史上最小”的便携式手动调频收音机+蓝牙音箱。要求复古，朋克，轻奢，重点突出手调收音功能。 本着设计师的本能，首先网上海量的看图找图，开始从复古着手（其他两个词汇确实摸不着头脑），然而其实内心对复古这个词是有抵触的，因为打开淘宝不难发现，大量的复古音箱都是具象化的，无非是留声机、老式音箱、老式卡带机、老式收音机。。。等，僧多粥少，元素基本都被人用了，甚至是用到泛滥了。关键时刻，我想起了多年前看过的电影，《变形金刚》里面男主泡妞时用老爷车放歌的桥段（女主实在太性感，引起了我的记忆痛点）说实话，老爷车放卡带，声音想起时，确实别有一番情调，我开始翻各种老爷车的图片，而他们共同的特点是都有很漂亮的外置或内嵌式圆型车灯与竖条纹机理。我很快被各种车灯吸引了，这元素与甲方爸爸要求的重点，手动调频旋钮重叠在了一起，我又有想到以前看过水晶戒指内微雕文字的印象。最终车灯+内雕刻度+全透明+条纹机理+灯光等元素结合的设计突破口找到了。有了突破口，一切也都顺理成章了！

When I got this case, Party A said he wanted to be the "smallest" portable manual FM radio in history + a Bluetooth speaker. Requires retro, punk, light luxury, with a focus on hand-toneing. In the spirit of the designer's instincts, i surfed on line to look for pictures.In the fact,i donot like the word “Retro” at all,as once open Taobao is not difficult to find that a lot of retro speakers are visual, nothing but 20s, old speakers, old-fashioned tape machine, old-fashioned radio. and so on.
Elements are basically used, even inundated. At a critical moment, I think of the movie I saw many years ago, "Transformers" in the male master bubble girl with the old car singing the bridge section (the woman is too sexy, caused my memory pain point) to tell the truth, the classic car put the cassette, the voice remembers, really have a different tone, I began to turn over all kinds of classic car pictures, and their common feature is that there are beautiful exterior or embedded round lights and vertical stripe machine. I was quickly attracted by the various lights, this element and Party A asked for the focus, manual FM knobs overlap together, I also thought of the crystal ring before the impression of micro-carved text. Finally, the design breakthrough of the combination of elements such as the lamp and the interior engraving degree, the full transparency, the stripe structure and the light was found. With a breakthrough, everything is logical!

整个项目历时一年，对于品质的要求，方案的尽乎所有电镀件都采用了锌合金电镀工艺，期间车灯的工艺难以实现，透明件无法做装配结构，透明件弧度厚度折射导致的刻度数字变形，丝印，灯光均匀度等各项问题。都需要一次次的打板测试。对车灯的着迷，以至于喇叭都做了竖形条纹，以及金属电镀外圈，由于喇叭网弧度过大，金属喇叭网腐蚀后冲压成型，导致网孔变形严重，一度差点修改方案，虽然问题很多，虽然项目很小，但是做设计这么久，第一次体会到结构,工艺完全向设计妥协的滋味。收获良多，感谢甲方爸爸。
