By 2050 the world's population will reach 9 billion. The current food industry is not sustainable to support the world’s growth. Entomophagy, the practice of eating insects, remains to be the most viable food source as the population increases.

Entomo is an altruistic restaurant designed to provide a new experience in the food realm that will educate guests and help create opportunities for a more sustainable food source. Entomo works to show the importance and practicality of harmony between nature and man executed through the collages.
