Do you hear the Angels above?
Singing songs of joy and love?
Do you hear the Demons below?
Chanting to kill and corrode?

An ancient war rages on
For balance of elements and power
Yet the Angels want Demons gone
And demons will kill even the flowers

They don't realize they coexist
Forever intertwined they will be
They'd rather clash with fists
Than step back and see

They'd rather kill each other
And cause the world deep pain
Than realize their shared Mother
Instead they count the number slain

They wonder why no one wins
Why no one side is pushed back
Blind to realize that they are kin
Balancing both sides, light and black

Good and evil will forever rage
Selfish to their true cause
Trying to put the other in a cage
Instead of bringing hate to a pause...
