While working for andCulture, I took on an internal project to give our agency's site a little refresh. For the refresh, we spruced up the homepage design, pruned and wrote new case studies, and kicked off a long-away blogging initiative.
We were a company filled with smart people with interesting ideas—but we were yet to put all of those insights into a public blog. Working from an initial vision for the Culture Lab blog, I developed a strategic plan for content creation as well as an editorial calendar. I worked closely wityh my coworkers to take an idea through the entire writing process: drafts, revisions, rewriting, and finalization. Together, we started what as become a healthy source of unique andCulture writing.
