LOCATION
The multimedia complex is located in the city of Kyiv on Trukhaniv Island. Trukhaniv Island is an island on the Dnieper, opposite the central part of Kyiv.
Location of the complex near the pedestrian bridge connecting Trukhanov Island and the right bank of the Dnieper. The Poshtova Ploshcha metro station is a 10-minute walk from the bridge. Sufficient distance from highways. Surrounding buildings - entertainment type and a large landscape area.
Each zone of multimedia complex is located in connection with the function of the center, with direct access.
Functional zoning
Functional zoning divides the building into zones for visitors, public use and zones for employees of the complex. Communication between the zones is both horizontal - corridors, and vertical - excavators and elevators. The width of the corridors varies from 1800mm to 2400mm, elevators are installed on different sides of the excavator, the internal size of the cabin is 2600x1600mm, there is also a lifting elevator with dimensions of the cabin 2200x2200 mm, which is located in the storage area.
BUILDING
On the ground floor there are areas for sale (shops), storage area (various living quarters and warehouses), a cafe area with a separate exit. The cafe is designed to serve both employees and visitors with separate necessary functional rooms (kitchen, storage, sink, rooms and bathrooms for employees. Located on the ground floor for comfortable and efficient operation.
The second floor includes a large media gallery, a coworking area where you can work or spend your leisure time, an administrative area that includes facilities such as the director's office, accounting and administration, a staff area and a storage area.
On the third floor there is a large medical library-botanical garden which is divided into a library for children (including a children's room) and for adults, from recreation areas, storage areas and staff rooms.
The virtual reality area, the photo studio with the adjoining dressing room and the exhibition hall are located on the fourth floor, the area for employees and storage as on all other floors is also present.
On the fifth floor there is a large terrace with an adjoining bar, a gallery area for areas for workers in the utility rooms.
