This summarises initial design studies based on discussions with Client. It reviews feasibility options for disused barns adjacent to kings farm barn and kings farm stables.
It follows review of options with client in August 2020. It considers overall development potential for 2 new individual residential properties and ‘end game’ solution for extension to kings farm barn, kings farm stables and 1 individual residence.
Drawings are based on visual inspections and checked dimensions only. A fore measured survey would be recommended in the future.
