You know how it's hard to get a Full-time gig this pandemic, right?
Well, a few months ago, I was contacted by an HR company who informed me that a company is looking for a Sr. Creative Director. I waited a couple of weeks to be contacted by the EY's HR department. Lo and Behold I was interviewed and had passed the initial interview. Then, the Second interview came that was held with the hiring managers, and I was confident enough that I would get hired. The online interview was held via Microsoft Teams app. All went well, and the Hiring managers were quite pleased and accommodating with the interview and my questions. I was informed later, that there would be a test of skills. I was assigned in redesigning one of their brochure, incorporating their assets and supplied text and copy. Based on their assets and copy, it would be a straightforward design task for me. I passed it to them and despite my efforts in designing this, I wasn't able to pass their skill test, so I moved on ever since then. That is why I'm posting this design, as a testament, that I still believe I did right by their branding and my own design acuity, beliefs, and aesthetics.
