Fighting Male Postnatal Depression

Postnatal depression is a form of depression with a range of treatments, but only available to new mothers.
Although men are just as likely to suffer from PND, almost no support is offered to help combat the
psychological impact of the loss of routine experienced by new dads.

But it takes an average of just 66 days to set a new routine.

We created a pocket guide, distributed for free to new dads to help them through the first 9 weeks
of being a parent. With a selection of tasks that they can complete every day to programme a new routine
into their brain and combat male postnatal depression.
