The "Creativity Manifesto" was a 2013/ 2014 advertising campaign by SAMSUNG Romania that aimed at showing the many facets of creativity.
It started from the idea that creativity needs freedom of expression, therefore the ads presented a series of kindergarten children that drew their favourite imaginary toys. Afterwards, artists were asked to give them a tangible expression as plushies.
The Rainbow Girl and the BalloonBear are 100% hand made, upcycled toys. I created them from textile & leather scraps, in an attempt to waste as little material as possible.
What can be more rewarding than seeing kids smile while holding the toys that their imagination came up with?
