Aspiring to bring only the best to their customers, DBS launched the DBS Rewards Program to show how much DBS values the customers and to bring real value to them.
The approach
Considering the large array of participating merchants and consumption habits of the DBS customers, we embarked on the launch of the DBS Reward Portal as the primary channel for rewards showcase and redemption. Built with the end users’ needs and desires in mind, we designed the portal to cater to everyone’s varying demands. The portal showcases the most desirable rewards on a single quick view and tailors to individual fancy via the intuitive categorization, search and filter functions. To enhance the experience, we design the redemption process to be exciting like online shopping. All one has to do is drag and drop as many rewards as his points allow into a convenient cart and be rewarded instantly upon checkout. It’s that easy! To complete the experience, the DBS Rewards mobile application is also available, allowing for instant rewards redemption on-the-go.
