We are happy to share a winning competition proposal for the new development of 14-30 Lee Street in Sydney. The building develops a unique character that draws on its location within the Central Station precinct, the legacy of the station architecture, and its fusion with the topography of the adjacent landform and landscape conditions.

Great views of Sydney CBD can be seen from the winter garden in the sky, as vibrance and character of the plaza and market hall below offer numerous activies to enjoy.
