“Sometimes it’s not the strength but gentleness that cracks the hardest shells.”
― Richard Paul Evans

The hardest shells are your own beliefs.
They are pieces of your own soul that got hardened in react to your attitude.
Things you repeat to yourself again and again.
About who you are.
About the boundaries limiting you.
About not being enough.
About things you need to be happy.
About things that prevent you from getting what you want.
About life being difficult.
About being worse than others.
About people hurting you.
Fighting with these thoughts will make you lose your energy.
You are like water afraid of ice, trying to fight it.
You are hurting yourself.
Stop fighting.
Invite that energy back into your life.
Make them warm again, give them love and understanding they never received.
Embrace them as they are and feel alive again.
Feel your soul filling with love again.
You’re back home.
No need to fight anymore.
