SingTel wanted to be in the conversations of the average Singaporean, and what better way to a be in the conversation than to talk about their passion for food. So to play up a sentiments, we challenged the opinions about Singaporean hawker food, where and who cooks it the best and wheather its worthy for international recognition.

 

Fumes flaired up, opinions was drawn so the voting for the best hawker started, as SingTel wrote a letter to World Renown TV Chef, Gordon Ramsay to come down and challenge Singapore's top 3 most favourite hawkers. 

 

This 36 hour challenge began when Chef Ramsay came down to scope out the competition by visiting them and then recreating his spin on these hawker food. A final showdown day was set at Newton Circus Food Court, a famous public eating area in Singapore where a thousand lucky public judges taste both dishes side by side to vote who does it better.
