As part of a pro bono project, the management of The Southern Mac and Cheese Store came to us with a problem -- people had high awareness of their popular food truck, but low awareness of their flagship restaurant in Chicago's Loop. We developed a print and out of home campaign that would increase awareness, boost the brand's already fun and kitschy personality, and ultimately drive traffic to the restaurant. Who doesn't love a fun play on words?
The campaign included localized out of home elements, including wild postings, Chicago Transit Authority advertising, pressure washed sidewalk decals and more.
