The company provided the trucks and the CAD models for the camper units. Sounds easy, right? Well, the CAD mesh was very useful, but most of the interior assets were just placeholders. Those products had to be modeled from scratch based only on photos.

My task was also to add furter details to the CAD geometry as well as creating proper textures and materials based only on some photographs.

All the interiors and exterior were built completely in 3d because they needed many angles and had many very different requests.

One of the greatest challenge was to paste these 3d models into photos. They provided the background images and I had to create the fake environments for reflections and match the postwork as well to the original photographs. Dirt and other imperfections were also added compared to the neutral studio renderings.
