The A is for Awkward spread was completed as part of an eperimental typesetting project.  Designed to reflect and embody the concept of awkwardness through layout and typesetting, the project acknowledges and pushes the boundaries of conventional typesetting rules.  The body text is taken from Christos Tsiolkas' The Slap (First Edition, 2008, Allen & Unwin Australia)
