A study in earthy tones
The exceptional local varieties of Limnos Wines are rooted on the vineyards of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Limnos, covering 3,500 acres of land across the island. The union’s vine-growers are combining traditional agricultural practices along with contemporary methods of viticulture, in an effort of rescuing ancient varieties of the island. As a continuation of the branding procedure, we were asked to design of the brand’s company profile brochure.
As their contribution is a sine qua non for the end result, it was deemed important to put the vine growers on the forefront. For that reason, we created a custom-made case for the brochure on which the names of the wine makers are standing next to each other, composing a visual footprint of their hard work. We selected the edition’s paper due to its texture, whereas the color palette is focused on earth colors, representing the ground of the Lemnian land.
