Tochka Bank is special. It is the world’s first online-bank for entrepreneurs. It does not have off-line offices and does not offer services for individuals; it conducts payments 24/7. The most important thing is that at Tochka Bank they don’t work.
At Tochka Bank they create. 

You will not find any typical bosses and their employees, any dress code or memos. Only self-management, only hardcore. 
The Bank needs new coworkers, and they are looking for big professionals with high level of self-consciousness, responsibility and initiative. It’s not an easy job to distinguish this kind of people judging from information on a resume. That’s why the Bank has made a decision to create an HR-brand of their own, thus organizing a flow of candidates.

The commercial shows stereotypical images of office life. All of them are turned into elements of a surrealistic new world. The whole Voskhod Branding's team of designers and art directors was engaged in creating the video, that made every scene a unique art installation.
