The design was developed for a family of two persons. In this project, all interior partitions were dismantled. The wall of the loggia was also wrecked and thus created a common space including the areas of the kitchen, dining and living room. The recreation area was separated from the kitchen area by a small wooden partition and an existing supporting pylon. In this way, the rooms are dominated by the spaciousness and a large amount of light.

A feature of this project is the presence of the elements that can be described as "huge". These are huge 7 meters long sofa and the window along the entire apartment with a length of 12 meters overlooking the Dnipro reservoir. There is also a spacious hall in the entrance area, with a floor-to-ceiling mirror and a large wardrobe with a built-in ottoman.

This minimalist-designed apartment incorporates the open floor plan, lots of light, and simple line furnishings that are well-built and comfortable. All these create a soothing and inviting space that has a timeless aesthetic.
