Role: Art Direction, Layout, Particles/Fluid FX, Lighting and Rendering.
Always loved CG automotive animations and for a long time wanted to make one. When Andrey Lebrov announced the 'Automotive CG Challenge' decided to use the opportunity.
Process/Breakdown
The layers of Houdini particles
Sliding droplets on the surface and splash from the wheels. All with POPs.
Cameras
To get more realistic camera motion, in most shot the camera was driven by another car.
