Last year, we have a chance to work with Lerner Publishing Group to illustrate for the book The Floating Field, written by Scott Riley. The book is about a group of Thai boys was inspired to form their own team after watching the World Cup 1986 on television.
But on the island of Koh Panyee, in a village built on stilts, there is no open space. The boys can play only twice a month on a sandbar when the tide is low enough. Everything changes when the teens join together to build their very own floating soccer field.
Working on this book bringing us a lot of joy and positive energy for seeing kids living their dream. Hope you all enjoy this book.
