Moquee is a Mockup generator website for Dropshipper's designers. User is in the range of unprofessional designers and they need to make a Mockup to sell their products.
Research
In order to reach goal faster, I've research for similar products and benchmarked them. Then, I have tested the best one with the users to find what problem they have with the design and functionality. Also, I've conducted interviews to find their needs which is not in the app.

Problem
- Color selection through the pallet
- Not enough gradient for background
- Search through filters
- User confusion ( they didn't know how to come back to previous page)
My Role
Solo UI/UX designer
Tasks: Research, concept, wireframe, UI design, prototype, and discussion with developers.
Solutions:
The suggestions to make the process simple, enjoyable, and consistent are:
- A layout that users can see several images on one screen.
- More filters variation added in order to find proper Mockup based on user needs
- A close category button added to give a better images preview
- Breadcrumbs to inform the user where he/she is
- Improved search bar and make selected tags visible
- Hover over the image and an option to see favorite, download, share, and similar mockups
- Pallet designed with most common colors that unprofessional designers could select rapidly a color without investing so much time.
-A background gradient shadow and transparent suggested because mostly users preferred to see an image without background
- A live preview suggested to see how design look like on the apparel during design process.
- zoom in zoom out drag button and alignment menu helped users to do their design faster.
Development
Later, I worked with developers to build Moquee. one of the challenges was that they didn't build the design as I expected mostly UI design. So I had to explain in detail how the final website should look like. With the communication, they built the website close to the design.

I have set a design system and shared the XD link with other designers that they could add their modification which makes simple collaboration in the team.
