A drip campaign developed for an employee perks coffee delivery company offering a one week trial:
• Day 1: Introduction and how to order
• Day 2: Brief survey to collect actionable feedback and educate about further product offerings
• Day 3: Highlights the eco factor of the company
• Day 4: Includes a final survey and call to action to ask their manager about continuing the services
The trial served as a touchpoint to showcase the product and allowed sales and marketing to build a relationship with prospects prior to the sales pitch as well as provide the sales team with additional leverage to close the deal.
