Portrait of the Ciri (or Cirilla), the Princess of Cintra, a character of The Witcher series of short stories and novels by Andrzej Sapkowski. This painting is inspired by the appearance of Ciri as seen in “The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt” videogame.

The calmy blue background enhances Ciri silhouette which contrasts his cautious but also agressive posture. She is ready to defend herself at any moment.

The portrait is done in a realistic style using expressive and loose brushstrokes which is the style of painting that I am using nowadays.
