The systematic description of Chinese rock music is not common. Whether it is text or video, we can only find those glimpses of Chinese rock in fragments from our personal memory. To understand a kind of music culture, we need to know its origin, otherwise we will not be able to form a relatively objective time reference, or even miss a special life experience.
"NOISE" is more like a curation on paper, a collective presentation of individual senses attributed to the context of the times. Four photographers and a writer, they are all in-depth participants and witnesses of the Chinese rock music scene. Starting from the true experience of life, they use images and words to record, observe, think and observe, and witness Chinese rock music and youth culture. The process of natural evolution, and rock music takes root and blossoms on the social level and in the personal consciousness.

关于中国摇滚乐的系统记述并不常见,无论是文字还是影像,我们都只还能从个人记忆中碎片式地寻找那些关于中国摇滚的浮光掠影。要了解一种音乐文化,就需要知晓它的来路去途,否则我们无法形成相对客观的时代参照,甚至会错过一种特别的生命体验。
《噪点NOISE》更像是一次纸上的策展,以个体感官归于时代脉络的集体呈现。四个摄影师和一个写作者,他们都是中国摇滚乐场景的深度参与者和见证者,从生命的本真体验出发,用图像和文字记录、旁观、思考和观察,见证了中国摇滚乐、青年文化的自然流变的过程,以及摇滚乐在社会层面以及在个人意识思里的生根发芽,开花结果。​​​​​​​


The creativity of "NOISE" starts with a hat. At the moment when Cui Jian sang "Nothing" in Gongti in 1986, this white baseball cap embroidered with a red star became his symbol and also marked Chinese rock music is officially on the stage of the times. Countless fans have always regarded him as the "Godfather of Chinese Rock". In that golden age of rock music, Cui Jian was like a big banner! The cover design of this album is based on this, and the packaging form of the “file bag” completely plasticizes the image record of rock and roll over 30 years; the five-star red love through the hollow is just telling the core of rock: peace and love.

《噪点NOISE》的视觉要从一顶帽子说起,1986年崔健在工体弹着吉他唱出《一无所有》的那一刻,这顶绣着红星的白色棒球帽成了他的符号,同时也标志着中国摇滚乐正式踏上时代的舞台。一直以来,无数歌迷视之为“摇滚教父”,在那个摇滚乐的黄金年代,崔健俨然是一面大旗!此影集的封套设计以此出发,配合“档案袋”的包装形式完整塑封了摇滚跨越三十年的影像纪录;镂空透过的五星红色爱心,恰好呼应着摇滚的内核:和平与爱。
