New logo is inspired by the architectural features of both new and old Sarasota high-school building. Vertical bold lines and arch of its front door are the main characteristics of the new logo giving the contemporary mood.
It also connotes a letter ‘M’ for Museum and combines the logo of Ringling College of Art + Design.
The palette will be mainly black given the contemporary mood,
but some vibrant colors could be used for representing different artists.
Logo shapes can vary with the length of the bold lines,
which embodies the characteristics of the ever-changing art.
