Everyone’s Hero Journey is a 2-D interactive story application based on the Hero’s Journey by Joseph Campbell.
Using an interactive visual way helps you know about the 12 stages of the Hero’s Journey.
You will learn the story template does not only apply to stories of heroes but also can apply to stories of ordinary people, including your stories.
Theory Research
The Hero's Journey is an archetypal story pattern, common in ancient myths as well as modern day adventures.
Many adventure stories that people are familiar with follow the Hero’s Journey.
The Hero’s Journey can be a life-coaching tool to coach people.
User Research
From the research, students will learn the Hero’s Journey in English class, Mythology for the Modern World class, UX class, and so on. It helps students know how to tell and analyze a good story.
Primary Target Audience: Students ( Age: 12-30, Language: English, Region: America )
From the research, the Hero’s Journey can be a prompt of a guided journal, a writing tool or a life-coaching tool.
Secondary Target Audience: People need a tool to guide, such as writing a self journal, a story or psychological guidance. ( Age: 18-30, Language: English, Region: America )
