ART 156 (Three-Dimensional Concepts) Winter 2020

Three-Dimensional Concepts (ART 156) Winter 2020

I was enrolled in ART 156 (Three-Dimensional Concepts) during winter semester 2020, and we were primarily doing sculpting out of clay. I was in the process of sculpting the octopus below when the semester was cut short due to COVID, and I had to return home. Unfortunately I was not able to finish my octopus (or bring it home with me). Since we no longer had access to the ceramics studio, the remaining projects of the semester included a landscape sculpture (using only natural items) and an assemblage project (using only "found" items).

LANDSCAPE SCULPTURE

ASSEMBLAGE PROJECT: LIFE THROUGH A WINDOW
For this project, I had to create a three-dimensional composition using only "found" objects.
