Everything should be changed someday. Now , it is time to change the website of Heydar Aliyev Center. When I saw this website for the first time , I was pretty puzzled by its design, navigation, usability and etc. That's why I decided to redesign it. The design of pages that you'll be seeing next is my subjective opinion and my personal vision and feelings (What I've felt when I used this site) but I'm not the one dictating rules, rules are dictated by users.
