Mattingly Solutions and Udemy for Business partnered up to produce an online course about Allyships inside and outside of organizations.

We were tasked to produce key animations to illustrate better specific sections on the video lectures of the course. Here we present the ones we liked the most.

The instructor wanted to create a visual metaphor to represent how Allyship sparks growth inside the organization.

Here we were able to put to work our imagination and spice up this representation with a character that reacted to the presented chart.

The instructor also required an animation to show how individuals are multidimensional beings.

Another animation was required to show how a conversation can balance out power dynamics through clear communication.

We produced this flat illustration to convey the comparison between the concepts of "equality" and "equity".

Finally, this animated chart was required to depict the seniority of women in "positions of power".
