Here's a cartoon mascot I created for Pasqua First Nation near my hometown of Fort Qu'Appelle. He doesn't have a name yet but he'll be used to promote various initiatives and events, such as graduation ceremonies (see below), and I'll create appropriate costumes and props as he needs them.
