The material palette of the showroom is minimized to emphasise the lightness of the gallery space and places focal points to the display furnitures as physical objects of the great material presence.
Obtrusive doors were removed and replaced with operable mirror walls, solid timber vault like sliding doors in place of flimsy glass doors while dropped ceilings were treated as lightweight sheaths hovering above to draw the viewers eye across the periphery of the showroom.
