I was comissioned to design the business card of a hatha yoga instructror based in Athens, Greece in late 2012.

The design I consider the best is the first one because of its cocept: Hatha literally means sun (ha) and moon (tha). So I decided to combine world wide known symbols of yoga and also try to visually sumurise the sun and the moon. The sun rays are forming a lotus flower and the moon is playing the role of the first letter of the yoga instructor's first name.

These are some attempts that never came to be. The client unfortunatelly went the safe way and I ended desinging something along those lines.
