A new academic year brings a new intake of tenants in student accommodation buildings. As students are welcomed into their new home for the year, they need a concise but thorough introduction to the building, and the welcome guide was designed to do this.

In line with the company's brand, I produced the guides for two buildings. Using the same format this was adapted to suit each site. They cover topics such as building facilities, wellbeing information, contact details, information on the local area, and topical coronavirus information. I wrote and designed these pieces.

The booklets were bulk printed at A5, and bound with a saddle stitch. They were then disrupted to new tenants as they checked in.
