CHALLENGE
Category is cluttered , there is a barrier.. shopper do not easily know where is the product they are looking for, what are the differences between products. Glade planned to maximize off-take, to dominate the home air care category, to maintain this position planned go on cat man project to make in-store experience with impact. 

SOLUTION
We developed a shopper centric planogram, that makes the shopping experience easy & inspirational. Segmentation was planned based on shopper habits & claims.
