Mood Board Plan

Those clients wanted a refurbishment for the Dinner and Living room. 
They have a lot of guests per year, don’t have a big budget they plan will change the furniture step-by-step. The most important things will come first.
The flat has: recently reformed. Good floor condition, white walls in good condition. Ceilings in good condition and windows also, there is enough natural lighting in the flat.
Any other change will not be considering.
Lights at night are a problem, will need replacing, and need to add extra power points, increased lighting in some areas.
They describe their taste in style – contemporary and industrial. 
Need adequate storage.
Like colors, any restriction.
