Theme of Project : Media Architecture 

Location : Opera Garage (Old Opera House) Opera square close to azbakeya garden and attaba square 

    It is a medium between what happens inside the building and how it is
transmitted to people outside ( dialogue ) where a message is coded by the
architect and then decoded by the users creating immersive experiences that
result in 3d dimensions creating a cinematographic experience of space and to provide a social perspective to media architecture in the sense of describing the reception as a shared experience instead of an individual act.

The project is based on Incremental design in architecture aims to give an opportunity to design only part of the project and then finish the design entirely after having the required budget, depending on taste of users and the circumstances that affect
the project in the future.

1- Rarely public buildings calls for social interaction and gathering in place as well
as in consumer driven societies, access to goods and services became the main
and only concern for place making, this led to the deterioration of Opera
garage site and lack of cultural value in place.

2-the manifestation of a complex informal economy described as a slow enrichment into public space. Decades of decaying of formal institutions and the gradual informalisation of state structures have led to an increasing takeover of public space that result in establishment of illegal platforms for street vendors with their own rules.
