This is a miniature based on a real house facade in Chisinau city, Republic of Moldova.
It was created as a response to the promise of the city mayor to make a Chisinau a "smartcity", with LED screens, wireless comunications and video monitoring, ignoring more important problems.
These annexes and called "pristroikas".
